Hi I'm having trouble with my Radical SR3 getting through the noise limits on track days. Someone advised to contact yourself as you have a Merlin Motorsport Muffler baffle option which would help reduce the noise down. My pipes measure at 51mm, do you have baffles for these pipes that I can order please? and if there is anything else that may help,
Merlin Motorsport manufacture the mufflers. They are 4 inchs in diameter and 8 inches long. The Mufflers are made with inlet tubes in 10 sizes from 1 7/8 inches to 3 inches. The 2-1/8" size will slide over 2" (51mm). These normally take off 3-4db, but the results vary so much we can never be sure the outcome until it is tested.
