Hi Guys with the 1.9" ID Faulkner springs, can they be supplied in non-standard rates (160lb/in). Delivery time is not that important. I am interested in 2 of 1.9" ID x 9" long - 160 lb/in, 2 off 1.9"ID x 7" long 320 lb/in springs,
Sorry there is not a cheap way of getting one off springs made, you are going to be looking at about 4 times the cost of a standard "off the shelf" spring for the set up and manufacture cost on a couple of springs.
There is also tolerances on spring so particularly the 320lb, when made may be close to 325lb, also you are never going to be able to tell the difference between a 320 and 325lb spring anyway.
The same is true for the 160lb, although in theory it is more likely to tell of a 10lb difference on a 150 - 160 or 160 - 170lb springs, also it is not inconceivable that the poundage on these spring could be up to 5lb off the stated value (nothing is 100% accurate).
