Does the Springalex Triumph TR7 steering wheel boss SB003 have the lugs for the self cancelling indicator mechanism built into the rear?

The Springalex SB003 TR7 steering wheel boss does have holes in the back of the boss and the roll pins to fit to provide the mechanism for cancellation.
