I already have a Mocal oil sandwich plate for the oil cooler on my 2wd Ford Cosworth Sierra. Does your 3/4UNF Mocal blanking cap fit what I already have to fit a remote oil filter and what head would be best for remote filter cartridge.

Yes the Mocal cover plate would blank the base of the sandwich plate and allow you to use a Mocal remote filter head. The Mocal remote filter housings have a 3/4" UNF thread which is the same as your Ford Cosworth.
