Is this Samco coupling hose correct to use to connect fuel filler to fuel tank ?

No this Samco hose would not be suitable for fuel. The normal Sanco Sport hose are for air and water.water. Samco make a flouro lined hose, Samco Pro-Fuel, specifically for fuel applications.
