On an OBP water header tank OBPHE001 are these the maximum dimensions? 200mm wide and 100mm high, does that include the filler neck?

On the OBP header tank the width is 200mm the diameter of the tank body is100mm, the total height including the bracket and cap would be a maximum of 150mm.
