I was wondering if you could give any tips on how to make a foam seat using this SS-FOAM product. I have seen videos of people using a similar thing but with some sort of beads in a bad and a vacuum. Does this need to be done with this product? What other steps would need to be taken to make a seat properly? I could imagine the liquid sitting at the bottom of the bag and not being able to rise up past the driver if he was sitting on it. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

With this SS-FOAM you will need to prepare a bin bag or two to pour the mixed formula in to for you to then sit in and let it expand around you.

To mix this stuff you will need a bucket and something to mix this quite vigorously, like a drill with some sort of attachment. This is also best done at room temperature, I think some issues occur from being mixed
when cold. Once you have this well mixed you will need to pour this in to the bag and sit in and this stuff should get warm and expand around you while you suspend yourself in the desired position. Once this has set you can go about removing the bags and trimming the foam and covering it in tank tape or whatever you wish to use to finish the job.

This may all be easier with a helper or two. Also the stuff is horrible so wear old overalls etc.

Here is a video i found which may help:
