I am building a 3" mild steel exhaust downpipe for a project car. Are the ends of this flexi joint C15076I mild or stainless steel?

The ends of the Iloc Flexible Exhaust Joint, 3 Inch inside diameter 6 inch long, are mild steel so welding should not be an issue.
