Could you please let me know if the size of the OBP Vertical Header Water Tank (OBPHE002) of 200mm includes the neck?

The OBP Vertical Water Header Tank is 100mm diameter and 200mm tall at the body, if you include the neck and the bracket the width is 150mm and the height is 230mm.
